3,801,713 euros is earmarked for housing reconstruction, repair 214 248 euros, 1,083,203 euros for common elements, 486 188 euros to 15,576 euros for rental and trade

The Joint Commission, established by Royal Decree-Law 6/2011 on measures to repair the damage caused by earthquakes Lorca May 2011, decided today supports the entire trade with the approval of the last four applications , which added to the 224 already admitted above, amount in total aid worth 1,118,045 euros.

Regarding-residential applications (repair, rebuild and rent), the twenty-fifth meeting approved 326 applications involving aid over 4,667,392 euros.

The total aid for trade and housing approved in the morning session amounted to 4,682,392 euros, of which EUR 3,801,713 are for housing reconstruction, repair 214 248 euros, 1,083,203 euros for common elements EUR 486 188 for rent and 15,576 euros for trade.

At the meeting held at the headquarters of the Delegation of the Government have studied a total of 528 records of requests for help stricken homes and shops damaged in the earthquake.

The Commission, which was established on May 25 last year in Lorca, is tasked with assessing and quantifying individual aid granted under the lease applications, reconstruction, rehabilitation or repair of houses that constitute the usual residence, and for the replacement of household necessities.

Records examined by meetings housing and commercial resolute Joint Commission totaling 14,537 (representing aid totaling 58,876,250 euros), of which 14,265 are 272 housing and trade.

Of the 6,682 total aid granted to housing, 4,839 were for repairs (30,951,881 euros), 612 for reconstruction (17,043,031 euros), 1,133 for rent (7981863) and 100 for common elements (1,781,498 euros) .

Moreover, the total trade aid totaling 228, which have a value of 1,118,045 euros.
