In the nineteenth Lorca Sports Gala this year, organized by the Sports Press Association Lorca and the Department of Sports City, the Institute won the Award for the best sports promotion and dissemination "for its broad participation and involvement in the School Sports Programme 2011-12, reaching a total of 12 appearances in regional finals between collective and individual sports ".
The culmination of the intense program of activities this past week have been developed: the decline of the Segura River canoe and rafting, a hike hiker to Valentine's Cejo and several sailing and canoeing courses in Águilas.
In all of them the massive participation of students has been a reflection of the efforts of teachers.
