In addition to the heads of two of these companies, 12 have been arrested for illegal immigrants in Spain.
National Police agents have conducted an operation that has resulted in the arrest of 19 people, seven of them linked to two temporary employment of Lorca, for fraudulent hiring illegal immigrants for work in farms of the Granada town of Baza.
In the same operation, 12 of these immigrants have been arrested for violation of the Aliens Act.
The investigations began after detection of irregularities labor on these farms which showed the possibility that they were committing actions against the rights of workers and foreign nationals.
The steps performed allowed to know of the existence of several farms where they worked illegal foreign citizens, who because of his condition were submitted to a deprivation of their rights as workers, not recognizing their labor rights and paying them lower wages than legally established, leading with this, not only employment and economic damage to these workers, but also to unfair competition thus cheaper production costs.
Following the negotiations, the researchers found that workers were hired under false names by two companies based Temporary Work in Lorca (Murcia), where he had moved to illegal immigrants in vans to work camps in the Granada town of Baza.
As a result of these events seven people linked to these temporary agencies were arrested last May 29 on suspicion of a crime against the rights of foreign workers.
Also arrested were 12 accused of illegally staying immigrants in Spain and usurpation of civil status as labor contracts signed posing as other foreigners with work permits.
The detainees have already been made available to the relevant trial courts Guard Lorca and Baza.
The operation was conducted by officers from the Immigration and Border Provincial de Granada, Local Brigade Aliens and Border Lorca, Baza local police station and with the collaboration of the Provincial Working Granada.
