19 Primary Schools have participated in this edition of the initiative to promote prevention among minors has been an increase of 12% over last year.

Perez explained that "the goal of this campaign is to instill both teachers and students the concepts of prevention in different environments. Topics to be discussed are related to the risks that can happen to the school, such as burns, falls, electrical hazards , contact with toxic chemicals, cuts in others. This would have given workshops, including preventive measures in case of earthquakes, which complement the lectures that the City taught in all schools in collaboration with the Bank of Santander ".

The council has stressed that "this activity dissemination of prevention, we hope that from smaller ages, know the habits of safe and healthy, and know how to act in schools, parks, even in their homes."

Furthermore, she added that "this work is performed on the three key areas of socialization of children: school, family and neighborhood."

In this regard, the Ministry of Education of the Autonomous Community has a risk prevention service that can apply all centers to evaluate the necessary improvements to their facilities to avoid them.

For his part, the director Tomas Perez stressed that what they want, since they started these campaigns for years, is to introduce kids to act knowing that there are risks and achieve so that their actions are healthy, safe and healthy.

Within this program there will be talks and totally free voluntary participation aimed at teachers and students.

So, we will inform teachers and guardians of the content of the project and provided with the necessary information to resolve the doubts and questions that may to put to their students.

In addition, each participating teacher will receive a teaching dossier, which contains a guide on CD with content to work, case studies, instructions for performing an emergency evacuation drill in schools, and a satisfaction questionnaire after sent to the Institute campaign.

Meanwhile talks aimed at students will last approximately 50 minutes, and in the course of the same will be presented to the students participating the project "Security Grows" which will develop preventive issues.

In addition, each student will receive a CD with the contents to work on the campaign, as well as a comic, a very visual way to collect all training aspects of the campaign.

Also, has organized the traditional regional drawing competition, which awards bikes, tablets, eBooks, cameras and mp4.

The drawings were done in A4 size using any pictorial technique, with the theme of the event "Growing Security".
