The Governing Council has approved a budget of 1,317,973 euros for the repair of the RM-C9 regional road that connects the town of Lorca Zarzadilla Totana.
This action is part of the plan of the Ministry of Public Works and Planning for road repair Lorca environment affected by the earthquake of 2011.
The works will include repairing the road surface and the construction of a new surface layer of hot asphalt, and the lining of ditches.
The project includes the replacement of signage and improved drainage and the construction of a roundabout at the intersection of this road with the Eagles between Lorca (RM-11).
This new roundabout will significantly improve accessibility from Lorca to the industrial area on the left of this road, in addition to satisfying the demand of the residents of Zarzadilla deTotana.
