The Aguilas and Lorca Mayors, Bartolome Hernandez and Francisco Jodar, presented this morning by the Organizers, the "First Congress Security Solidarity".
It is a pioneering initiative organized by the Platform Lorca Insurance Brokers and Insurance Brokers Association of Murcia to be held on 26 and 27 September in both municipalities.
This first edition is entitled "Insurance in response to natural disasters."

In these cases, insurance intermediaries have had to display their utmost professionalism to meet the people that were affected by the tragedy and they have developed their knowledge along the way to become an example of human quality care and treatment .
There have been tens of thousands of cases that have had to deal with and to do hundreds of insurance brokers and experts were working to address the public at a time of marked difficulty in recent history.
All that experience, among other matters of importance, will be the stars of this Congress Solidarity through which they will get advance training and sharing experience and knowledge in order that industry professionals can add learning to help them in their lives professional.
Issues such as the unity of action in emergency situations, empathy with the client or the speed of response content will be the focus of this event that the importance of all these issues have to be defined as very important and very necessary.
It was necessary to hold a meeting with insurance intermediaries and now is going to be a reality thanks to this great initiative organized by the Association of Ombudsmen and Mediators platform established in Lorca after the earthquakes.
Both mayors have taken advantage of this conference presentation to thank all insurance professionals who were helping citizens after the earthquakes and floods.
In such difficult situations, with so much to process, so much to do and neighbors, of course, deeply affected, insurance intermediaries were the highest example of professionalism and humanity.
Although such efforts always involve issues of any kind, professional virtues made it easier management all to find the necessary solutions and fairer.
Now, with this Congress, again to express its commitment to Lorca and Águilas.
