Environment Councilman City of Lorca, Melchor Morales, has reported that implementation of tax ordinances regulating ORA Lorca service, every day of the month of August in the regulated area parking will be free.
During the month of July, this measure has led to the exemption from payment of the fee only for the full weekend, but this month is extended to seven days a week.
The system currently in Lorca ORA with 1,882 places available after the regulation of Apollonia, which involved the addition of 36 spaces for rotation (blue) and 108 for residents (green) at the request of citizens and neighborhood groups.
Lorca regulated area is mainly aimed at use by residents and businesses, the squares marked in green, with 1,061 parking spaces in front of the blue zone 821.
In the last four years has reduced the pay zone in the streets of Lorca in 112 places, each rotation.
While the green area has increased by 62 units.
The measure provides solutions to much of the parking problem in the city, not only in the commercial area.

This service from September resume its traditional ticket system Monday through Friday except holidays from 9:00 h to 14:00 h and from 17:00 h to 20:00 h, and Saturday mornings.
