The Town Planning Council of Lorca, José Joaquín Peñarrubia, reported that the Consistory Lorca-licensed restoration of decks that are part of the cloister of the Carmelite Church but are private property and were damaged as result of earthquakes and are located within the Special Plan Internal Reform of the Church of Carmen, specifically Nogalte Street, Calle Juan XXIII and Street Pastor Flames.
The City of Lorca has thus given the nod to the first phase of the works raised by the ownership of the building (the company Cloister of Carmen SL.) And will not change heights, composition, type and dimensions.
