For the first in the history of Guadalentin Sports Games were held a conference formative nature in order to provide a theoretical counterpoint to more than fifty sports activities developed during the Olympics Lorca.
This conference had the title of "Training in the formative stages" and through them was intended to encourage the formation of professionals and stakeholders in the field of Sports Science while establishing a forum for debate and discussion training methods in team sports training stage.
About thirty people attended the session.
With a totally "new", eight papers were developed which showed different trends and approaches about training in team sports, in particular, in the formative stages.
The orientation of the exhibition sought to unify theoretical knowledge with practical experience developed by renowned speakers in the picture quality local, regional and national levels.
Given the multidisciplinary nature of Sports Science and format of the presentations, attendees developed a participatory attitude and debate reaching very deep issues of interest on current situations, real, and they need new approaches to their resolution.
The conference began with the opening ceremony conducted by Antonio Muñoz and Antonio García de Alcaraz, coordinators of this conference, and that led to the presentation of Juan Ignacio Beltran, who summed up perfectly the process of development of the individual in relation learning of basic motor skills.
Then Juan Bautista spoke Rosa, reporting on the latest trends in strength training, especially in the field of football.
This plot continued with other papers which highlighted the importance of academic training athlete.
In this sense, Sergio Salesa presented us a very interesting project on sports training and educational basketball players.
After that, Antonio García de Alcaraz showed the need to bring research and practical knowledge to improve the performance of players in the field of volleyball.
This plot culminated with the presentation of Benito Pelegrin, who shared the organizational structure developed in the Lorca Club de Fútbol Base.
The final stretch of the day was focused on issues of educational and psychological area.
So, Francisco J.
Thomas made one of the most eagerly papers up to have first hand personal experience as an athlete in different categories of volleyball and beach volleyball.
Behind him, Juan Gonzalez, a specialist in sports psychology, analyzed personality traits that define each individual and athlete, culminating with Venancio Costa, Olympian and international trainer, who presented the keys to leadership teams.
The course ended with a round table where all the speakers were able to exchange views with the audience, among which were many coaches and teachers of the local scene.
Before the end of the conference were able to confirm many expressions of congratulations and gratitude to the organizers of this conference, a conference that allowed share, reflect and advance the knowledge of many concerns and approaches that have daily sports professionals.
But since the organization of this conference also like to thank all participants, speakers, and partners for their support and collaboration to develop this event, the outcome harvested, it sure will continue in the future.
