The Pool of San Antonio hosted Saturday afternoon during a new edition of which is in his own right one of the most important regional conclaves of swimming: Swimming Trophy "City of Lorca".
The test, organized by the Department of Sports and Swim Club Lorca, was part of the agenda of the XXXV Guadalentin Sports Games, and reflected a great success of participation and also a big hit animation, since the stands reflected a full house.
A total of 369 swimmers from swimming clubs Murcia UCAM Fuensanta, Cartagonova-Cartagena, Ancora Sports Association, Sewer, San Javier Mar Menor, Villa de Torre Pacheco, Eagles, Alhama, Yecla, Pilar de la Horadada and, Of course, local swimming club participated in the test Lorca.
The categories were competed baby and children, juvenile, child and absolute both the men and the women.
The relays were mixed, each team participating in two men and two females.
Of the 35 races held there to emphasize a novelty that day began.
We refer to the 8x50 free relay mixed in participating swimmers of all categories and that it was an excellent setting from which to analyze the work done by the 12 participating clubs.
At 1630 hours the test began that lasted until 2030, when it came to the awards ceremony by Francisco Domínguez Padilla, President of the Swimming Federation of the Region of Murcia, Francisco Martínez González, Vice President, and Maria Jose García Martínez, President of Club Swimming Lorca.
Note that the overall points classification was rated the Club Cartagonova-Cartagena in first place with 739 points, followed by UCAM Murcia Fuensanta with 672 points and 648'5 Lorca Swimming Club points.
