The Horse Fair, which editions eighteenth birthday, have a pavilion dedicated to the display and sale of products, the second and fourth horses and welcome to the third house the morphological competitions and horse shows.
Livestock Councilman Lorca, Melchor Morales, this morning the XVIII edition of Fericab (Lorca Horse Fair) which was held at the fairgrounds in Santa Quiteria 17 to October 20, the first year with International Category.
The Horse Fair will be at the fairgrounds in Santa Quiteria, where Hall 1 will be devoted to the display and sale of products, the second and fourth will host an exhibition of horses, the third will be held contests where morphological and horse shows and will also feature a central pavilion dedicated to heating track copies of the contest.
For the second consecutive year the fair is organized by a committee which includes Defence Association of Equine Health Lorca and industry representatives.
For this edition the National Association of Breeders of Pure Spanish Horses (ANCCE) has designed a poster that highlights the beauty of a horse of this type.
Also, new this year children attending the fair can take a ride on a pony for free.
"Fericab Comes of age in a time when, despite the crisis, the City Council are making a major effort to further improve this fair, because we consider it necessary for the tourism industry and much needed our town, "said Morales.
In this sense, on Thursday 17th from 10 to 14:00 and from 16:00 to 20:00 will start the morphological-functional competition horses and Spanish Purebred mares, which will continue on Friday and Saturday the same schedule.
However, the official opening will be Friday at 19:00 hours and from 20:30 hours there will be a show with demonstrations of dressage riders Lorca as Jose David Sanchez Bayonas, Benito Blanco Duran, Sebastian Lopez Morente, Manuel Bayonas Plazas, Francisco Morente Avilés, Francisco Javier Segura Padilla, Francisco Mirabete, Francisco Sánchez-Manzanera, Pedro Dormouse Rinaldo, Lidia Costa Giner and Riding The Mazarron Association and the Association of Friends of Horse Librilla.
On Saturday at the same time the horse show will be borne by Basil Mateo, Juan Jesús Franco Sanchez, Pedro Ruiz López, Pedro García Martínez, Mariano Sánchez Soto, Calasparra Stables, Riding The Mazarron Association, Equestrian Center Soto Mayor Cartagena, Albero Equestrian Center and Equestrian Center of Vas.
Finally, on Sunday at 10:00 will be the special award, at 11:00 hitches association will make its III Indoor Lorca Fericab and is scheduled to visit at 13:00 associations and guilds rocieras.
