The CGT complaint submitted to the Inspectorate of Labour on March 27, 2013, resulted in a report of the inspector of work that were exposed several serious deficiencies, such as inadequate ventilation to evacuate the gases emitted from vehicles, the need for emergency exits and sanitize the ship and its surroundings, the lack of spaces in which staff can perform physical exercise and theoretical training as appropriate convention, or the temperature, humidity and inadequate sanitation in locker rooms, showers and rest areas .
Following this report, which called for a meeting with Mariano Sanchez (CEIS manager), Antonio Bonilla (Technical Director), and Ana García Asensio (Secretary-Comptroller) which should produce documents relating to prevention and health in Consortium for Fire Fighting and Rescue Murcia.
This meeting took place on June 11, 2013, recording a subsequent requirement with one month to remedy the breaches that the park had with respect to the Law on Prevention of Occupational Risks.
Later, in said second inspection visit, the July 11, 2013 the inspector could see that he had not fulfilled the requirements, placing a further extension of three months to rectify the above referenced illegalities.
And in that time we, being in evidence the lack of interest that the direction of CEIS is taking on the status of one of the two largest parks and more staffing Autonomous Community.
