The Director General of Training and Special Regime, Marta López Briones, and the Councillor for Education of Lorca, Francisco Felix Montiel, today presented the Department of Information and Vocational Guidance (DIOP) for students in vocational education that has put this year in up the Ministry of Education, Universities and Employment FP Integrated Center Township.
The aim of this initiative is to provide students and alumni downtown academically oriented, professional and diverse work and develop proposals on professional profiles required by companies of the environment, in order to make training to the needs in the labor market.
Also, from the DIOP SE informs students about opportunities for access to employment, offering training courses, training and specialization, as well as acquisition opportunities, evaluation and accreditation of skills and qualifications.
This service professionals also support and advise students about self-employment and encourage entrepreneurship.
Marta Lopez-Briones said that "we must provide students with quality training and guidance so that they can integrate into the labor market successfully.
In this work, the four DIOP at our disposal in the region perform a function that we will promote, with emphasis with which we in Lorca ".
Among the new projects of the Ministry of Education, Training and Employment is commissioning a common job for VET students and further develop measures to facilitate insertion into the labor market as those contained in the Employment Plan Youth.
Cycle Oral Hygiene
The Director General of Vocational Training also reported the launch in the course of a cycle in Lorca FP Dual Dental Hygiene with the collaboration of 12 companies.
In total, there are implanted Lorca FP 29 cycles taught in the Integrated Training Center, the Center for Integrated Agricultural Training and Experience, the Prince of Asturias IES, IES Ramón Arcas Mecca and IES Juan Bosco.
