The workshops that participants pursue take advantage of their female talent, support groups believe women associations, master new technologies and recycled accessories to make them unique originals.
The Council of Women of the City of Lorca, Eulalia Ibarra, and president of the Federation of Women's municipality of Lorca, Pilar Fernandez, presented this morning the "get even more out of your female talent. The first course, called "Make the most of your female talent", aimed at strengthening the participation of women in any context to develop its presence at any level be it social, economic, political, cultural and group, in order to reach a attitude of leaders within the association itself or in daily life, so that they can face the challenges and grow through adversity.
To do this, perform learning in communication, active listening, building consensus, to generate collective enthusiasm, participation and collaboration.
The second course is intended to generate support groups or networks between different women associations, for attention to be trained, creative ability and expression, developing their own potential.
The third course pursued by the introduction of Internet, encouraging the mastery of new technologies, job search portals, creating email accounts and social networks like facebook or twitter.
Finally, there will be a workshop to recycle original accessories to make them unique Model, designed a collection of shoes and bags customized by the technique of lining, promoting imagination and creativity.
These workshops will be held between October and December with 15 students in each and a total of 30 hours over three-hour sessions per week, unless the self-help more women reach sessions organized in less time.
Registration for these courses, which aim to encourage partnership and equality between men and women, can be performed in the said federation headquarters, located at the Community Center of San Jose in the park this district.
