The Lorca Chess Club has made a donation to the Red Cross consisting of nearly one hundred pounds of nonperishable food.
These foods were collected by the Chess Club during the Solidarity Rapid Chess Tournament held last September 28 as part of the Sports Games Guadalentin XXXV.
The delivery took place on Tuesday, October 22, participating in the same sports Councilman Lorca, Augustine Llamas, President of the Chess Club of Lorca, Pedro Perez, and the President of the Red Cross Local Assembly Juan Carlos Garcia.
The foods were delivered at the headquarters of the Chess Club Beacon Park Shopping Center, where he also held the tournament.
Recall that during the dispute the same, volunteers and Red Cross Club encouraged Mall customers to collaborate, while activities conducted as a balloon modeling workshop aimed at children.
