His aim was that traders who lost their establishments after the earthquakes have a space where they could open their businesses.
Commercial Gallery La Viña housed twenty traders who most fortunately been able to relocate.
Was a need to undertake the adjustment of a place that could accommodate the Vineyard traders who lost their business premises as a result of earthquakes in Lorca on May 11, 2011.
A welcome idea that many steps needed in order to find a place that could house the gallery, given the state that were most buildings of the Vineyard and, moreover, had the dimensions needed for this.
The adaptation works were important, with the difficulties of any rehabilitation after earthquakes, and in order that the premises remain in perfect condition and perfectly equipped for merchants could settle without having to make any kind of investment and a very affordable rents.
The opening of the shopping center led to the resumption of commercial activity in the Vineyard, interrupted after the earthquakes, and a boost for traders who had lost their trade and they could resume their business as they caught their premises individually in their own neighborhood of La Vineyard.
It is appreciated investment by government (Government of Spain and Hall) for the implementation of this gallery, which has allowed space is left perfectly prepared to accommodate new activities.
In that sense they are exploring other uses that give continuity to the objective pursued and continue to pursue full recovery of the Vineyard.
