Given the statements made this morning by the IU councilor, Pedro Sosa, on the liquidation of the municipal Suvilor, Lorca City Council wishes to clarify the following issues:
This required at the time (2012) conducting a preliminary study.
The amount of it given the amount (€ 21 240, VAT included), no bidding required.
After this study began the liquidation process, as agreed by the General Meeting of Suvilor.
The amount of the payment of their fees (21,175 including VAT) is also exempt from the bidding process.
Invoices for both fertilizers were loaded in the municipal budget year in which they were issued, their amounts being those specified herein, and not erroneously cited by IU this morning.
We must clarify that this settlement can not be made as a bankruptcy and a company owned 100% by a government unable to attend to the process.
The City Council provides all information on this issue, showing full transparency in it.
No irregularities opacity far, in fact himself personally delivered Economy Councillor Mr. Sosa a complete dossier with all the information, properly integrated with the accounting documents sealed by the intervention of the Consistory.
The City of Lorca always collaborates with the Court of Auditors, which annually sends all account information and processes.
Remember that the Municipal UI-Green is part of the General Board of Suvilor, municipal body follows this process of liquidation, and which has not addressed so far to the "opacity" now says.
The General Board meets the requests for information is being asked, as was done with the request made by IU.
