The Cabinet has given the green light for a grant from the Ministry of Health and Social Policy, through the Instituto Murciano Social Action (IMAS) to ensure service Early Intervention Centre in the town of Lorca, for what is allocated an amount of 193 253 euros.
Currently, the Community offers this service to 3,500 children in the region through the network of Early Care Centers IMAS.
Users of early intervention are under six therapeutic, temporary or permanent needs, limitations caused by alterations in their development or risk of suffering.
The aim is to continue offering the town of Lorca in prevention, detection, diagnosis and therapeutic intervention.
It also includes motor and cognitive stimulation sensory, motor, hearing and speech therapy and counseling for the family and the social environment.
