The Community has centralized care services users Guadalentin procedures related to industry in the Office of Citizen of the Autonomous Region in Lorca, the One Stop Shop, which is located in the building La Merced.
Recently the services were unified into a single office in order to facilitate the inhabitants of the region Guadalentin realizing their paperwork in one place, thus improving customer care and management of public resources.
Therefore, the Office of Citizen of Lorca has expanded its services to include all procedures related to Industry.
It has a full-time staff to cater to users who want to perform procedures related to that area.
The building La Merced is located in Puente La Alberca and timetable to the public is 9 to 14 hours every working day.
