The Segura basin (CHS) under the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and the Environment Agency, will begin in March reset works two fords on the promenade of Periago and tax in Lorca (Murcia), in order to ensure Over the overlooked, given the deterioration that had these vials.

These works are part of the Flood Defence Plan High Guadalentin, launched by the basin organization after flooding Lorca.
Specifically, the CHS will undertake the replacement and protection against new avenues two steps of agricultural roads in the watershed of wadi of Salt: one on the promenade of Periago, near the hill of Fraile, and another in a tax promenade to that, near the hill of the Rock.
The works will first build a flexible gabion wall two meters high foundation that will serve under the bed of the wadi.

The works will be extended for a month, so it is expected to be completed in April.
