The Mayor of Lorca, Francisco Jodar, with the President of the Royal Spanish Automobile Federation, Carlos Gracia, President of the Automobile Club de Lorca, Pedro Zamora, presented the third edition of the Rallye Highlands Lorca that this order be held week in different municipalities.
The Rallye includes holding tests Earth and All Terrain Championship as part of Spain.
Jodar said that "Lorca is going to become the national capital of the engine during these days thanks to the presence of 97 vehicles, 44 Land, 44 All Terrain Regularity and 9, as well as the best drivers in the national and international scene ".

Prime Lorca mayor stressed that "estimates indicate that about 25,000 fans witness the testing during the weekend in the different sections of this rally that consolidates tackles in the national calendar."
The ceremonial start will take place on Friday from 19 pm in the Plaza of Spain where the people of Lorca will give a warm welcome to all the riders who came from all points of the Spanish geography and even some as far away as Canada , Estonia and Mexico.
The competition will begin testing on Saturday morning from 8 am, when the first exit participant category Earth.
The sections will have their location in the Highlands of Lorca (La Paca, Aviles, Coy, Doña Zarzadilla Totana and Inés) this season and everything will come to town with sections near the Fortress of the Sun and the river Guadalentin.
From 12 noon will be the turn of the SUV category will share the stage with Earth throughout Saturday.
The awards ceremony will take place on Earth after 20 hours in the Beacon Park Mall, which also will be the final stage of the rally from Earth.
On Sunday only the category of TT, which will begin at 8 am will be played.
The awards ceremony of the class will be at 14:50 hours.
