A total of four drivers Automobile Club of Lorca played this weekend the first round of the Championship of Spain Gravel Rally, one encompassed in the national competition, and the rest in the Andalusian regional contesting the entire test except first two sections.
Roberto Suarez, Fernando Manzanares, José Miguel García and Carmelo Cutillas four drivers were played this weekend the third edition of Rallye Highlands Lorca, home test for all of them and one of the most special moments of the season for all the Automobile Club of Lorca.
Roberto Suarez, sole representative in the national competition, the first round of the season was taken as the test with his new Subaru Impreza, very different from his old Volkswagen Golf vehicle.
This new vehicle, assisted by the company Caldevilla Motor was completely new to Suarez, who could only test for a few miles the day before the test.
Finally, after a little off track that made him lose 20 minutes found only in the scene and could not take the vehicle, Roberto managed to finish, which was their main objective, being the only vehicle that could Caldevilla Motor reach goal.
