On Thursday, March 27, at the Centre for Local Development, Lorca, the XL Literary Contest Jury Maria Agustina, chaired this year by Professor Area Spanish Language at the University of Murcia, José María Jiménez Cano met, and composed of two members and by a member of each of the secondary schools of Lorca.
This edition has corresponded coordination thereof to IES "Ros Francisco Giner".
The finalists, the work of young authors, less than 23 years, from different regions of Spain, have been subjected to a rigorous selection process by reading and language arts teachers of institutes of the city.
The jury awarded a First Prize of $ 1,000 in each of the modalities, Poetry and Short Narrative, and a second prize of 500 euros for each of these modalities.
The winning entries were:
-First Prize in the form of verse, the work entitled "365" Chains authored Rebeca Schaedler, Seville.
-First prize in the category of Short Narrative, work entitled "Chrysalis" is the author María Teresa Gómez Molina, Granada.
Second prize-mode Verso work entitled "Minimum Travel" which is the author Clara Collantes Ayuso, Madrid.
-Second Prize in the category of Short Narrative, the work entitled "Mala", authored by William Arthur Borao Navarro, Zaragoza.
On May 9, the scheduled awards ceremony.
