The Ministry of Development, Public Works and Land Records announces 1,537 housing rent subsidies for those affected by the earthquakes in Lorca, representing over 98 percent of total filings, amounting to 1,567 requests.
Records relating to rental housing that have been studied in meetings involving resolute aid worth 9.2 million euros and the amount paid to beneficiaries exceeds 80 percent of the total amount.
Of the amounts awarded is paid the first four months in advance and paid the following upon presentation of proof of payment by the beneficiaries up to 12 or 24 months.
The four-month periods following the first one, already approved, are examined completely.
The applicant must prove the legal aid receipts and leases that protect those receipts, grouped by quarters full.
Each rental assistance is tailored to the individual circumstances of each affected, who must provide receipts for paid vacation, successively, to justify and communicate your payment, if any, changes in housing.
The Community continues to settle rental assistance to those affected by the earthquakes and address the deficiencies identified information, largely records rent subsidies studied.
Throughout the process, the regional administration advises affected to facilitate access to rental assistance and prevent closure due to lack of records or deficiencies in the documentation.
