Councilmember Employment and Women's Hall of Lorca, Eulalia Ibarra, this morning a third edition of the training program for women sponsored by the Secretariat of State for Equality, Ministry of Social Services.
This is an initiative where 10 135 free courses for unemployed women of the village will be made.
The mayor explained that "in this issue will reach more than 20 women in the last year with a total of 2,110 teaching hours, thanks to the 40,000 euros provided by the Government of Spain and the 14,000 euros paid by the Consistory Lorca."
Ibarra said "this May have already started three courses: Basic English for 15 women, another Digitization for 10 participants and other Socio-Health Care for Dependent People in Social Institutions."
These courses have a duration of between 200 and 260 hours each, but within the ten courses under this program Promotion and Development of Employability of Unemployed Women be courses from 60 hours to 290 hours.
