Students and faculty of the Integrated Vocational Training Centre of Lorca have successfully made this morning by emergency earthquake drill as part of educational innovation projects of the Ministry of Education, Culture and Universities.
The main objective of this training initiative is that students put into practice the knowledge acquired during the course and respond to the need of the agencies involved in the emergence of an effective and efficient manner.
Also noteworthy is the first time that a school is the promoter and coordinator of a 'Mock attention to multiple victims', where all agencies related to the field of emergency participate and engage in the training of students and future professionals.
Specifically, this action has, plus had the faculty and students of the Technical Training Cycle Health Emergencies involving Murciano Health Service Management Hospital 061 and Rafael Mendez, the Consortium for Fire Fighting and Rescue, Local Police and Civil Protection of the City of Lorca, Red Cross, National Police, Civil Guard and the ambulance company Ambulorca.
Al mock visited, among other authorities, the general manager level, Joaquin Buendia, and Council of Education and Emergency Lorca, Francisco Montiel and Eduardo Sánchez, respectively.
