Montiel explained that "37 of the drawings presented were made by college students and Juan Gonzalez 47 Sacred Heart, because only the first edition had gone to schools in the area. Forecast is that in future editions this contest go rotate through other areas of the municipality. "
The mayor has given a diploma of participation to all contestants students and given a voucher to stay at a hostel donated by The Mill Leisure and Recreation, as first prize to the winner, Laura Juan Ponce González, while Paola Torres, Sacred Heart has delivered the second, worth a tracksuit provided by Sports Zurano.
Proposals had to be submitted drawings will be made to color and free techniques in DIN A4 size without glitter or embossing, rewarding yourself technical quality, originality, creativity and the relationship with the theme of this competition.
Francisco Montiel said "this initiative falls within the wide range of new initiatives that this course has put the city of Lorca in collaboration with the Regional Government to prevent absenteeism among those who have done work with parents raising and schools as a preventive measure, a technical conference and have been developed by social workers and a psychologist specific plans for students with this problem.
