The Joint Commission, established by Royal Decree-Law 6/2011 on measures to repair the damage caused by earthquakes Lorca May 2011, adopted at its meeting today a total of 367 cases of aid to housing , with a total amount of 2,051,002 euros.
Of total aid, 54 were new, extensions 144 for rent and 169 other reviews of aid for the benefit of victims.
Specifically, it is about 1,379,310 euros aid for rent, 401 576 euros for the reconstruction of homes, 206,632 euros for the repair of common elements and 63,482 euros for the repair of houses.
The adoption of new aid for the thirty-fifth meeting of the said Committee will allow victims fund the reconstruction, repair or renovation of homes and common elements of buildings housing arising from damage caused by earthquakes.
On this occasion, has passed a round of aid, both new and complementary, for rent consisting of 149 cases amounting to 1,379,310 euros, in addition to those approved at previous meetings of the Joint Commission for the same concept, making a total of 32,383,347 euros.
Most of these records were for extensions of rental assistance for applicants who were already beneficiaries thereof.
These additional aid is extended to 12 and 24 months, depending on whether it is a repair or reconstruction, respectively.
In this regard, the Joint Commission has approved 144 files for a total amount of 1,353,050 euros.
It has also approved 13 reconstruction cases worth 401 576 euros 9 records repair of common elements and 90 euros per 206 632 home repair records for 63,482 euros.
Aids
Of total aid to housing, corresponding to 32,383,347 euros aid for home repair;
21,424,707 euros related to reconstruction;
13,152,168 euros to hire relocation;
7,564,050 euros for the replacement of common elements of buildings, and 330,783 euros to the replacement of goods.
In short, the Joint Commission has approved so far a total of 74,855,058 euros.
The Joint Commission, the meeting was held today at the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Planning, is tasked with assessing and quantifying individual aid granted under the lease applications, reconstruction, rehabilitation, home repair constituting the usual address, replacement of household necessities, as well as repair shops.
