The UEFA European Beach Handball Youth to be held on days 11, 12 and 13 July in the streets of Spain and Lorca Calderón began yesterday with the official inauguration.

The Mayor of Lorca, Francisco Jodar Alonso, accompanied by Ole Jorstad, head of the European Beach Handball Commission, Antonio Penalver, Director General of Sports of the Autonomous Community, Daniel Santos, head of beach handball of the Spanish Federation and President of the Federation Murciana and Juan Francisco Romera, director of the Section of Handball Eliocroca, were responsible for welcoming all participants in the European to be held during this weekend town teams.
Jodar said during the inauguration that "the competition is set to be a success and will be developed as a new way of urban championship in that sport and the historical and artistic heritage and shake hands."

We recall that the competition will take place on 11, 12 and 13 July at the three tracks enabled in the city.
Lanes 1 and 2 are located in the Plaza of Spain, while track 3 is located in the Plaza de Calderón.
