The Minister of Development, Public Works and Planning, Manuel Campos, met today with President of the Owners of Building Virgen de Belén de Lorca, Juan Carlos Segura, who was accompanied by several owners, for the status of reconstruction of that building that was demolished due to severe structural damage to the existing as the result of earthquakes.

This community consists of 32 homes, spread over three steps targeting various streets.

Most owners are pensioners and low-income citizens.

This building is included within the scope of the Plan of urban regeneration in the Vineyard of the Autonomous Community, which are exempt from the additional payments that represent the development works in your building.
