The renovation and improvement of the district of San José de Lorca, promoted by the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Planning, "progressing well", said the general director of Architecture, Housing and Land, Yolanda Muñoz, who visited the area to check in situ the proceedings.
The project covers an area of ​​about 75,000 square meters and total amounts to 3.6 million euros.
It focuses on the renovation of roads, expansion of public and educational spaces, and the creation of green areas in order to promote accessibility and enable the connection between neighborhoods.

The Region will invest 185 million euros for the recovery of the city.
Of the total budget, 78.5 million euros is earmarked for neighborhood regeneration and improving accessibility.
