The Ministry of Development, Public Works and Planning, through the Department of Architecture, Housing and Land, published regularly on the website of Spatial Information in the Region of Murcia, Sitmurcia, all information relating to projects urban renewal of the city of Lorca.
Citizens can see through the portal menu Files Theme Sitmurcia (www.sitmurcia.es) implementation projects, supervised and approved in the neighborhoods of La Viña, and San Jose Alfonso X, whose works have already begun.
The documentation of these projects is available to the public and anyone interested in the Department of Architecture, Housing and Land for consultation or reproduction on paper or online.
Free consultation documentation-summary of each project reflects the commitment of transparency to the regional administration, integrated Quality Management.
"The regional government holds all the regeneration of neighborhoods affected by earthquakes, a process in which the people of Lorca must have an active participation to define an urban planning adapted to new uses and activities defendants," the counselor Development, Public Works and Planning, Manuel Campos.
With regard to the participation of citizens, the three regeneration projects that have already begun, have been presented in person by senior officials of the Ministry to the various neighborhood associations, so they could make their suggestions and contributions.
The Minister Manuel Campos said "are holding neighborhood meetings to listen and take note of their suggestions and contributions, with the sole purpose of improving the functionality of the city."
