The meeting, attended by professionals CAVI and Local Coordination tables against Gender Violence in the region, is organized by the Ministry of Social Policy of the Autonomous Community and the Department of Women Council of Lorca.

The Council of Women of the City of Lorca, Eulalia Ibarra presided this morning the local coordination seminar on health and gender-based violence organized by the Ministry of Social Policy of the Autonomous Community and the Department of Women Consistory Lorca, which It is celebrated throughout the day in the CLD of Lorca, in which 30 experts involved.

Ibarra explained that "Lorca, as head of Shire welcomes this action sharing professionals CAVI and Local Coordination tables against Gender Violence Lorca, Puerto Lumbreras, Totana, Aledo, Mazarrón and Alhama de Murcia, in the case of one of the five sectoral meetings the Regional Government has convened this month to try to form various specialized aspects of gender violence ".

This meeting was also attended by representatives of agencies involved in the fight against gender violence and Forces deLorca Security to address general skills of coordination between specialized resources and unskilled in gender violence to increase interagency coordination and improve the system of comprehensive care for victims and their children with individualized responses.

Lali Ibarra stated that "coordination between local actors facilitates a more personalized attention because the town is essential for an effective response to victims and address their real needs field".

The development of this training seminar is part of the CORE project (coordinating an individualized response to victims of domestic violence), developed by the Community and funded by the Financial Mechanism of the European Economic Area, through the Programme on Gender Equality and Reconciling Work and Family Life.

This program is managed in Spain by the Ministry of Social Services and Equality, belonging to the Ministry of Health.

Jury's Tweets contest against gender violence
