The Joint Commission, established by Royal Decree-Law 6/2011 on measures to repair the damage caused by earthquakes Lorca May 2011, adopted at its meeting today a total of 709 cases of aid to housing both new and additional, totaling more than 2.5 million euros.
Of total aid, 33 were new and 61 extensions for rent and 561 other reviews relief efforts, of which 145 involve granting of aid, to which must be added another 54 resolution resources.
In particular, try to 1,340,084 euros for aid to rent, 735,242 euros for the reconstruction of homes, 362,238 euros to repair homes, 59,028 euros for the repair of common elements and 5,235 euros for goods.
Of these, 1,181,882 euros for aid to hire extensions are intended;
813,250 euros by resolution of resources;
321,265 euros for grant of aid after reviewing records;
and 185,431 euros in new aid.
Most records were for extensions of rental assistance for applicants who were already beneficiaries.
These additional aid establish an extension of 12 or 24 months, depending on the housing of the beneficiary is undergoing repair or reconstruction.
The records approved today at the 36th meeting of the Joint Commission are in addition to those who got the green light at previous meetings, and reach the sum total of 14,480,910 euros.
The Minister of Development, Public Works and Planning, Francisco Barnabas, said on today's meeting, first of attendance since its inauguration, that "already paid the 92.28 percent of aid cases they are justified by the beneficiaries, and 82 percent of the extensions have been resolved ".
Aid granted
Of total aid to housing, correspond to 32,688,174 euros for the repair;
22,159,950 euros for reconstruction;
14,480,910 euros are for renting aid relocated;
7,623,079 euros to the replacement of common elements of buildings;
and 336,019 euros for the replacement of goods.
In short, the Joint Commission has authorized, so far, a total of 77,288,135 euros in aid to housing.
The Joint Commission is tasked with assessing and quantifying the aid to individuals, under lease applications submitted, reconstruction, rehabilitation, home repair constituting habitual residence, replacement of household necessities and repair shops.
