This is a contribution that adds to the 24,000 € that were already furnished to the Bureau last year, and as they result from the contribution obtained through implementation of the Solidarity Congress of Insurance.
Councilmember Recovery Management Earthquake, Satur Martinez has received solidarity aid from the Solidarity Congress Insurance Association this morning.
It is an entity that integrates the College of Insurance Meters Murcia and Lorca Mediators platform.
The contribution amounts to a total amount of 5197.34 euros to be allocated to the accounts of the Bureau to continue helping families are faring worse as a result of the earthquakes of 2011.
Satur Martinez stressed that joint aid are coming to Lorca right now are particularly important as there are families who still need our support to overcome the severe impacts that the crisis caused earthquakes.
In early contributions to the Bureau were constant, but as time has progressed and the media focus has moved away from our city, solidarity aid is dwindling.
That is why the City Council encourage all citizens and social to not forget what happened in Lorca and contribute to help as much as possible collective.
