February 2, 2014. The Councillors of Health and Culture of the City of Lorca, Antonia Lopez and Sandra Martínez, presented this morning with the president of the Spanish Association Against Cancer (AECC) in Lorca, Magdalena, the activities this entity held to mark World Cancer Day, commemorated today.
On the occasion of the celebration of World Cancer Day on February 4 that is celebrahoy, the Local Board of AECCha organized for this afternoon at 19:30 a presentation of the book "Feelings of the Soul" written by DªMª AlejandraPinilla in Cultural Center of the city.
Losbeneficios sale of the book are aimed at helping this association.
Meanwhile, on Sunday February 8 at 12:00 the Municipal Band will give a concert to benefit the AECC in the Teatro Guerra which also involve the students of the Municipal School of Music, students of the School of Dance Nuria Periago and Initiatives El Gigante with the show "Disney Fantasy".
They also collaborate Cinema Paradiso Club and David Giner editing.
The event will be presented by Marisa Arcas and Pedro Felipe Sánchez Granados.
Tickets to the concert will be at 6 euros per child being the second free.
