The Councillor for Public Safety of the City of Lorca, Belén Pérez, has reported that "within the preventive and operational actions carried out by the Local Police, members of the Unit for Prevention and Local Operational Response (UPROL) have proceeded to the arrest of two people for an alleged crime of drug trafficking, the intervention of 66 plants of Cannabis Sativa and the dismantling of a point intensive cultivation of Cannabis Sativa plants ".
Pérez has detailed that "the performance took place at 21.00 hours on Monday February 9 in the town of Lorca, where agents had news that several people could be devoted to the cultivation of Cannabis Sativa plants. After ordering of monitoring device in the local police officers proceeded to the location of an intensive planting, rather closed, Cannabis Sativa and the intervention of Cannabis Sativa 66 plants in various stages of growth. "
