The Councillor for Education of the City of Lorca, Francisco Montiel, recalled that on Wednesday at 19 am at the Cultural Center awards the 7th Competition for Secondary Education Narration "Angels Pascual Award" will be held.
The award in the category of students in 1st and 2nd of ESO has been for Laura Ruiz Aguilera, IES San Juan Bosco.
The second prize was awarded to Mary Camón Rozas, student of IES Ramón Arcas.
The winner of the third prize was Isabel Hortensia Arcas Jodar, the IES Ibáñez Martín.
Also within this category have been finalists Re Vicente Millán, of St. Francis of Assisi College;
María Jiménez Muñoz, also of St. Francis College and also a student of St. Francis of Assisi Maria Angeles Aparicio Peñarrubia.
In the category of students in 3rd and 4th of ESO, the first prize was awarded to Carolina Fernández Silvestre, student of IES San Juan Bosco.
The second prize was won Loli Sánchez Paredes, also a student of IES San Juan Bosco, while the third prize was awarded to Rocío Sánchez del Vas, student of IES Prince of Asturias.
The finalists in this category were Aráez Carmen Martinez, of San Francisco School of Assisi, Jaime López González, of Sun City College and Carmen Romera Aznar, the IES Giner Ros.
Montiel explained that both the first prize and the second and the third will be given a lot of books and a diploma.
Likewise, also will be awarded to the school which has among its students the winners in both categories, in this case IES San Juan Bosco, with prizes lot for the school library.
The contest honors Angeles Pascual, who has been a historical teacher institutes Ibanez Martin and Ros Giner and director of the Municipal Library for over 30 years and further, is Adoptive Daughter of Lorca.
