The candidate of Unión Progreso y Democracia (UPyD) for mayor of Lorca, Juan Manuel Cabrera, has unveiled its line staff WhatsApp, through the number 653 162 937, so that all citizens who consider it, make contact live with it, "in a very direct and simple way".
