The formative lines have been directed to activities such as arrays of textile and leather articles, embroidery and polychrome restoration, kitchen and living aids, medical orderly, hair and beauty aids and Lorca embroidery.
The Mayor of Lorca, Francisco Jodar, today presented certificates of participation to 90 students that have formed over the last year in seven courses of the Department of Employment of Lorca scholarships, which have received theoretical knowledge and practical experience in six different specialties.
Jodar has congratulated by his conclusion to the participants in these courses "arrangements and adaptations of garments and textiles & leather goods" and "Restoration: embroidery and polychrome", "auxiliary Caterers: kitchen and living", "health Celador "" ancillary services in hairdressing and beauty "and the two courses" Lorca embroidery ".
Note that these training activities are part of the FORMAT project, through which customized itineraries insert these students are designed with the Urban Initiative Altos neighborhoods of Lorca, which is co-financed by 80% by ERDF and 20% by the City.
Learning these specialties has enabled students to develop a professional activity in the techniques of each.
Proof of this was the realization of the Throne of San Clemente Course options: Gold and Polychrome;
in Arrangements Sheriff costumes and Ministriles were prepared;
Embroidery and the Robe of Christ of Medina and the banner for the Virgin of Sorrows in the hamlet of Almendricos.
These courses have made a total of 4115 hours training and they have all received a scholarship monthly attendance of 300 euros per student.
Also has made the recruitment of 7 monitors with experience in each of the specialties.
