The Town Planning of the City of Lorca, Francisco Garcia, has reported three projects will start on the extension of the school Pasic Campillo and reconstruction of two new buildings demolished after the earthquake of May 11, 2011.
Francisco Garcia explained that the redevelopment of the school Pasic Campillo, that have an operating budget of € 740,000, consisting of the construction of a pavilion childhood education, primary school attached to, but that will be a separate building.
The new facility will have a floor area of ​​1109.98 m2 and will have a plant that will house all the necessary services for school.
The building will have 6 classrooms with capacity to accommodate 130 students and 11 teachers, a staff room, a living teaching and therapy, a speech and hearing room, a living focus, multipurpose classroom, toilets students and teachers, as well as units for equipment and installations.
The outdoor area will have an access area for cars and buses, a parking area for 29 seats and a sidewalk for pedestrian access to the school and the children's ward.
The mayor of Planning has indicated that another project that is started is the reconstruction and expansion of the building "Avenida 6" (popularly known by its lower house in the L'Antorcha pizzeria), located at Avenida Juan Carlos I, No. 6 demolished after the earthquakes.
The existing building consisted of five floors above ground, in which housed 2 premises on the ground floor, 8 apartments on upper floors and storage.

The scheduled execution time by its promoters is 16 months.
Garcia explained that the last project concerns the reconstruction of the new building "The Porch," located in the street Musician Perez de Tudela No. 25 and 30, in the neighborhood of Alfonso X, demolished by the earthquake effects.
The previous building had three floors above ground and had no parking spaces.
The new building will have three floors above ground plus attic floor, which will house 12 apartments.
The reconstruction will have a budget of material execution of € 435,563.43 and the building will rise on an area of ​​901, 21 m2.
The granting of the license under the terms of it has been possible with the approval of the so-called Internal Reform Plan PERI "The Porch," it took four months to be processed instead of the usual 14 and was finally adopted on 26 January.
The purpose of this PERI was rearranging buildable, which has allowed the construction of the attic floor, as compensation for maintaining the walkway on the ground floor.
