The fifth edition of this event brought together more than 700 people, in addition to collaborating with the victims of earthquakes and floods could see how it has advanced the reconstruction of buildings and improving the city with the works of remodeling of neighborhoods , among other actions.
The Mayor of Lorca, Francisco Jodar, received this morning from the Director General of La Verdad de Murcia, Antonio González, a solidarity aid from the collection of the Race "Run x Lorca", sporting event organized by the Sports Department Consistory Lorca and the newspaper La Verdad.
It is a sport rather than consolidated and that unites the best of physical activity with solidarity, as has an important social order and solidarity event.
Francisco Jodar has indicated that the total revenue that the result of this event is entered is of 2,627 euros, which go to the Bureau in order to continue helping people who are still affected by natural tragedies suffered by Lorca in 2011 and 2012.

"Today we gather the solidarity component of" Run x Lorca "for delivery of the funds raised through the test done. We have to remember that the registration fee was 5 euros for big and 3 race for small races , with free registration for younger, backpacks, "he stressed the mayor.
Jódar thanked "The Truth" promoting this race to promote next to the Sports Council, and also those who collaborated to make possible a morning of sport as we live: volunteers, local police, sports clubs, workers Department of Sports, sponsors and Aguas de Lorca, Limusa or the Hospital Virgen del Alcazar, etc.
Note that this amount shall be paid in full in the accounts of the Bureau, which is the way of information and control that is responsible for channeling the solidarity aid paid to the City from the various events that have been developed by different entities to contribute the recovery of the city after the earthquake of 2011.
