Lorca citizens in electoral campaign took a firm political commitment on animal advocacy.

As a new local group in the municipal corporation, one of the first motions that we intend to present will be dedicated to this noble end.

For this, a working group of political education is to meet with different groups in the municipality, and working on the study of the proposals will be presented to City Council, expected for October.

Many of them appear on the political agenda that C's attended the municipal elections of May 2015, and others will be added after the case study are functioning properly in other Spanish cities, and after speaking with the associations concerning the animal advocacy .

To do this, C's registered in the city of Lorca's request CERECO company contract, current concessionaire for study.

As an important problem to which we give the category of Social Citizens want to make proposals from a global perspective.

For this animal we will raise awareness campaigns;

enabling canine recreational spaces;

the possibility of creating a local police unit specializing in animal abuse and neglect;

and a modification of the Municipal Ordinance tenure protection and pets with a more aware and sensitized in their treatment regulation.
