The Ministry of Education and Universities has tendered the reconstruction and improvement of public school San Jose, located in the hamlet of El Councillor Lorca, amounting to 185,315 euros.
It is a new building that will house three classrooms for 40 students each, an office, staff room, toilet for students and adapted toilet.
The infrastructure includes all necessary facilities: electricity and lighting, drinking water, sanitation, heating, ventilation, use of Internet for voice and data, heating, installation of fire protection and access for people with disabilities.
The general director of Educational Centers, Maria Dolores Valcárcel stressed that "this action is done in a consensual way with the educational community and according to the demand of the area."

Maria Dolores Valcárcel stressed the "total regional government's commitment to rebuilding the city of Lorca" and stressed that "the educational infrastructure is a priority for the Executive Murcia".
