The Mayor of Lorca, Francisco Jodar, this morning chaired the regular meeting of the Full Council for the month of September city.
The balance of the feedback from high at the same motions is as follows:
1) On ratification of agreements of the Boards of Spokesmen held on 16 and 21 September 2015 on holding plenary.

2) Approval, if applicable, minutes of previous meetings.

3) Initial approval of the expropriation of property shares 78 located in the district of San Fernando.
APPROVED: 14 ​​votes in favor (PP, C`S), 3 against (IU), with 8 abstentions (PSOE).
4) Final approval of the expropriation relative to 1 share ownership of the plot D-1 PERI New building Vineyard in Vineyard.

5) Motion of the Deputy Mayor for Urban Planning on the final approval of the Partial Plan and Programme of Action of the S-1.R sector Zarzadilla Council of Totana.

6) On proposal to amend the Municipal Organic Regulation for the creation of the post of Deputy Mayor.

7) On approval of the General Account of the year 2014.
APPROVED: 13 FOR (PP), 11 against (IU, PSOE) and 1 abstention (C's)
8) About modification of the Municipal Ordinance occupation of public land with terraces and other facilities for profit.
APPROVED: 22 FOR (PP, PSOE, C's) and 3 abstentions (IU).
9) Joint motion of all local groups to take care of refugees as a matter of state.

10) Motion Municipal Socialist Group to improve health care in the town of Lorca.
The resolutions were voted separately, and its results as follows:
1) adopted unanimously
2nd) REJECTED: 13 against (PP), 1 abstention (C's) AND 11 FOR (PSOE, IU).
3rd) REJECTED: 14 ​​against (PP, C's) AND 11 FOR (PSOE, IU).
The PP has presented an alternative agreement to the 2nd which states: "That the City of Lorca urge the Ministry of Health to conduct a study to determine if there is need, according to the existing ratios, to open health centers in time afternoons. "
This agreement has been approved: 14 votes in favor (PP), 3 against (IU) and 11 abstentions ..
11) Motion Municipal Socialist Group for the installation of regulatory rafts which ensure water for irrigation consolidated from the desalination Eagles.
They have been agreed between the 4 clusters 3 municipal agreements that have been adopted unanimously.
They are the following:
a) The City of Lorca urge the MAGRAMA to continue working on the study and draft regulation reservoirs and pumping necessary for the distribution of water for irrigation desalination Eagles Loca consolidated through the CHS, of the Ministry of Agriculture and Water and Acuamed.
That the draft takes place at the hands of the Community Irrigation Lorca, who will be the beneficiaries.
b) That the City of Lorca urge the MAGRAMA the budget necessary for the execution of the works in the shortest possible time.
c) The City of Lorca urge the MAGRAMA for emergency works are contemplated, under the extension of the current Royal Decree 356/2015 of 8 May.
12) Motion Municipal Socialist Group on problems existing in the village of Almendricos.
UNANIMOUSLY, with the addition that the proposals are implemented "based on the available budget."
13) Motion Municipal Group United Left-Greens on project review, application reports and future actions in relation to the construction of the Central Round.
Agreements of this motion is voted separately, the result being as follows:

14) Motion Municipal Group United Left-Greens on social issues in the municipality and school canteens budget for grants and benefits.
Item 1) it was rejected with 12 A FAVOR (IU, PSOE, C's) and 13 against (PP).
It was later amended resulting: "The City of Lorca, through the Department of Social Services and with the participation of the educational community, continue detecting the needs they may have children of the municipality to meet the right to food integral of our childhood and his family through support in the home environment to meet those needs. "
APPROVED: 13 FOR (PP), 12 abstention (PSOE, IU, C's).
Item 2) unanimously approved.
15) Motion Municipal Group United Left-Greens on measures to be taken in relation to the management of the joint venture "Aguas de Lorca".
REJECTED: 13 against (PP), 11 A FAVOR (PSOE, IU) and 1 abstention (C's).
16) Motion Municipal Group of Citizens for revision of the rateable property value of the municipality of Lorca.
UNANIMOUSLY.
17) Motion Municipal Group of Citizens for modification or temporary bonus for IBI tax rate of developable land.

18) Motion Municipal Group of Citizens for legal defense and IBI return of income in respect of developable land.
WITHDRAWAL BY THE GROUP BIDDER.
It has requested the debate on a motion of urgency about the situation of students in La Campana.
The Chair of the House has argued that the urgency is not so if we consider that the representatives of central and AMPA will meet imminently with the Ministry of Education and universities to reach a solution.
The urgency of the motion was rejected by 13 votes (PP).
