The PSOE proposes a comprehensive plan for maintenance of parks and gardens through work teams formed by unemployed Lorca (13/01/2016)

The deputy spokesman of the Socialist Municipal Group in the city of Lorca, Marisol Sanchez Jodar has this morning the motion with which, at the next regular municipal plenary will require the PP a "real and genuine effort" to improve the image of our city and our districts through the care of green areas of the municipality, while creating jobs and opportunities for Lorca who are faring worse.

Sanchez Jodar has reported that "the PP has long since renounced the maintenance of parks and gardens in our town."

In fact, as highlights the socialist mayor, as a result of this "non-existent commitment" daily the Municipal Socialist Group receives complaints and neighborhood complaints "by the lamentable and shameful state that have the green spaces of their neighborhoods and districts".

In addition, the socialist mayor stressed that the result of the public outrage, on 21 January, the Platform in Defence of Lorca landscape platform that the PSOE endorses and supports their legitimate and just demands will be presented.

At the same time, the Socialists will demand immediate replacement plan eliminated the green areas and the creation of new green spaces in the city and in villages.
