The PSOE councilor in the city of Lorca, Antonio Navarro took stock of regular full for the month of January, held yesterday in the city of Lorca.
In this sense, Navarro stressed that the city of Lorca reached the consensus of all political forces to take forward the initiative of the PSOE, with the Socialists proposed the creation of a municipal ordinance in which the incorporation of social clauses is contemplated in City Council public contracts with the aim of facilitating access to employment for individuals and groups most socially vulnerable.
Through this initiative, the PSOE wants to ensure that employment generated in Lorca can be designed especially to the long-term unemployed, over-45s, young, female victims of domestic violence, single parents and the disabled, among other groups at risk of exclusion, so they expect that "this initiative of the PSOE, adopted unanimously in plenary, is put in place soon."
However, Navarro stressed that "against a lime, two sand".
In this sense, the PSOE councilor reported that the settlement of rural roads in districts proposed by the PSOE, and the Comprehensive Plan of Maintenance of parks and gardens through work teams formed by unemployed Lorca, also at the initiative of the Lorca socialists "were lying and disposed of by the Popular Party, who continue without seeing priority or improvements on rural roads, and maintenance and replacement of green space in a city like Lorca, in which the gray cement and It keeps eating ground black asphalt. "
With its vote against the Popular Party still left "lying in the gutter" to the citizens of villages, denying the arrangement and improvement of rural roads, such as those proposed by the Socialist Municipal Group of neighbors initiative, among others, Almendricos, Puri, Torrealvilla Zuniga, Cazalla, Campillo, Marchena, Zarzadilla of Totana, Las Terrenas, Morata or Ramonete.
Thus, the PP government team PSOE rejected the proposal that they should come to the loan granted by the European Investment Bank (EIB) to finance the "urgent and necessary" works of maintenance and improvement of access roads;
highways and roads which are municipally owned badly damaged in villages, especially those routes that currently remain virtually impassable from that would be affected by the earthquakes of 2011 and 2012 floods.
