The Fair XIV Iberian Pottery and Clay, held from today until June 1 in Salvatierra de los Barros (Badajoz), will this year with the participation of two potters of Lorca.
The two representatives of regional pottery are Martín García Lario, sales leader in the Regional Centres Craft Murcia, Cartagena and Lorca and Martín Pérez Lario.
The works of Martin Garcia Lario is a rethinking of traditional pottery decorated with novelty, whereas Lario Pérez Martín ceramics are noted for their color and decoration with geometric motifs.
Those attending the fair can see and purchase the works in ceramics craft a hundred companies from all geographical locations nationwide.
Moreover, various activities will be held as a celebration of 'V Contest Pottery and Ceramics Fair Iberian Pottery and Clay' and live demonstrations.
The presence of such participants in the sample has been funded by the Directorate General of Trade and Handicraft of the Ministry of Economy, Business and Innovation.
Attendance at the XIV Iberian Fair of Crafts of Pottery and Clay 'and participation in other national and international exhibitions, is part of the policy to support the artisan sector that develops the Department of Economics, Business and Innovation.
