The mayor of the City Planning Lorca, Francisco Garcia has announced this morning at a press conference, the agreements reached in the Council of Management held on Tuesday, among them the declaration of partnership interest in a complex designed to carry of goods by road and a new impetus to the industrial area of Los Peñones.
1 .- Declaration of a complex social interest for the carriage of goods by road .-
The Town Planning Board held on Tuesday agreed to initiate proceedings for the declaration of public interest prompted by the commercial CONSOLTRANS INTEGRATED SERVICES, SL on a complex for the transport of goods by road.
The mercantile CONSOLTRANS is integrated into a corporate group with a turnover around 26 million euros per year and provides direct employment to 37 people from working partners and employees, while also enabling more than 150 jobs to freelance workers who offer their services on a exclusive group companies.
With this action the Council has approved the Planning Department, will enable the creation, in an area of just over 40,000 m2 located in the County of Torrecilla, a set of vessels and facilities and ample parking for a heavy vehicles.
In particular it aims to build an office building on two floors of 931 m2, a building maintenance and utility of 434 m2, a warehouse of 717 m2, a cold of 1,202 m2, an area for petrol and 211 m2 a plot of 35,000 m2 which will go to roads, gardens and parks that have the capacity to solve the problem of parking of all vehicles and equipment servicing the business group and allow largely alleviate the car parking needs heavy in our city, while the activities enable logistics of collecting materials, an activity that has an extraordinary future for the excellent situation of the strategic Lorca Lorca-Puerto Lumbreras.
2 .- A new impetus to the industrial estate Peñones .-
The Town Planning Board held on Tuesday adopted two agreements whose common denominator was the further development of the industrial Los Peñones.
On one hand, approved the payment to the merchant "SARCO SA in the amount of € 21,233.65, for the realization of the works ADDITIONAL DEVELOPMENT OF THE UA 10.1.2.1.B of that polygon's Peñones Lorca.
On the other hand agreed to Final Approval of Construction Project Performance Unit 10.1.1.
Phase 3 located in the Provincial Peñones Torrecilla en Lorca.
The works covered by development projects, amounting to € 367,074.78, consisting mainly in the paving of two streets (which run along a wadi) in the resurfacing of certain roads in the unit of action (for example of the street that runs along the back of the hotel Amalthea) also includes the installation of street lighting in certain parts of the development, etc.
This approval allows for the immediate procurement of the works contained in the proposed development and given a decisive impetus to the completion of development work at Industrial Estate Peñones after numerous vicissitudes that have so far prevented the final implementation these works long demanded by the owners of the industrial area of our town.
