This action includes an area that covers an area with a total of 1,269,028 m2.
The total surface area, 329,643 m2 will be allocated for residential use, with a floor area of 0.25 m2/m2 and a maximum of dwellings per hectare of 16 dwellings per hectare, which allows up to 221,893 m2 of residential roof and maximum total of 1,822 homes planned.
Also contemplated action that is intended for an area of 70,879 m2 for tertiary use (with a buildable of 62,879 m2) and sports-golf use occupies an area of 436,865 m2.
Also as a result of this development will get 128,364 m2 of green areas and 63,456 m2 of facilities, and 113,404 m2 of road and 2,030 surface parking spaces, of which 2%, ie 40 will be adapted for disabled parking .

This approval culminates a long process that began with the signing of an agreement approved by the town.

2 .- The Management Council authorizes the construction of 44 new homes in Lorca .-

16 homes on Calle Minister Pérez de Meca.
